obtaining your consent. Order data is collected through our secure shopping
cart host RomanCart.com and each order is stored securely online for
6 months. To comply with HMRC Legislation , sales records are securely
kept for 7 years , should you require your information deleting from
our online system please let us know and we will do this as requested.
E-crafts does not partake in social media marketing and currently have
no plans to do so.

When you elect to pay by Credit or Debit Card at the checkout page you
are passed to the secure servers at Barclaycard / VISA , at this stage
you will immediately see the PADLOCK symbol appear in of your browser
( position can vary from browser to browser IE6 , IE7 or Mozilla , etc).
This is a true 128bit SSL direct connection from your PC to Barclaycard.
From that point onwards the data you enter is only known by YOU and
by Barclaycard / VISA. None of your private card data is EVER divulged
to e-crafts as part of the transaction. We NEVER get to know your Card
Number , Expiry Date or Security Code , all we need to know is that
the card being used is Valid , and matches the details on record with
your card issuer and has sufficient credit balance to ensure we are
able to collect the amount due for your order so we can ship your goods.
We take your security very seriously.
You should enter the card holders address as it appears on your Card
Statement for invoice purposes at the checkout , but you can specify
a seperate address for delivery in the section under the invoice address.
All our secure Credit / Debit Card transactions are automatically checked
for fraudulent transactions , this protects both the card holder and
ourselves , should your transaction be confirmed as incomplete if you
pay by credit card , please do not panic it is most likely a typing
mismatch on the address or postcode entered. We will contact you should
this occur in an effort to resolve the discrepancy and we may be able
to manually authorise your payment with our Secure Payment Providers
e -crafts is PCI ( Payment Card Industry) DSS ( Data Security Standards)
compliant , and our site is scanned every quarter by SecurityMetrics
to maintain this compliance giving you confidence in our Card handling
procedures. We are able to display the SecurityMetrics logo on our home
page which will shows our certificate information if clicked.
All orders will be despatched in packaging suitable for the items ordered
, we take the utmost care to ensure our goods reach you in the condition
they were despatched . Depending on the value of your order we may have
used a delivery service that requires a signature , please bear this
in mind when quoting the delivery address. In most cases Couriers or
the Post Office will leave a card to advise they have a parcel requiring
a signature if no one is available to sign for the delivery , we apologise
in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
It is our aim to despatch all orders within 2 days of receipt of a payment
, should delivery be longer than this we will contact you for instructions
and your agreement. At certain times of the year , Christmas and Easter
mainly , we might withhold delivery by an extra few days to ensure packages
are not held at postage depots for delivery.For deliveries to destinations
other than UK and near Europe , please email us your requirement and
we will be happy to obtain a price for shipping and insuring the goods
prior to you ordering.
If you do not receive your order a few days after receiving our emailed
despatch notice , please contact us by phone or email and we will do
our best to resolve the situation , unfortunately we are in the hands
of the delivery company and we may require a little time to get you
an answer , but you can rest assured the problem will not be forgotten
until it is resolved to your satifaction.
/Damaged / Incorrectly delivered Goods or Parcels
If any of our goods arrive in a damaged/defective condition , or you
feel your order is incorrect in any way you must notify us within 7
days by email , telephone or post. We will advise how the situation
can be corrected and confirm to you our course of action. This does
not affect your statutory rights in any way.
We are aware from time to time , goods received may not be exactly as
you wished to fulfil your requirement , should this occur please contact
us within 7 days by phone or email to resolve the matter. In most cases
if the goods are in their original condition we will be able to accept
them back for replacement or credit , we must reserve the right to make
an allowance for carriage costs on the original despatch of certain
products and refunds are given at the discretion of the management.

instock or can be despatched quickly. Should we be out of stock of an
item we attempt to show this on the website and remove the function
of the 'Add to Basket' button to prevent the item from being ordered.
Sometimes we cannot remove an item for sale quick enough and further
orders may be received that we cannot fulfil , should this occur we
will contact you with an expected delivery date or to arrange a refund
or partial delivery.
Every care has been taken to ensure website descriptions and photographs
accurately portray the goods and that the prices shown are correct.
